Fruity Breakfast Pot

A berry delicious breakfast....

  • 30g rolled oats
  • 30g chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 150g strawberries
  • 100g blueberries
  • 100g raspberries
  • 150ml low fat natural yoghurt



1. Preheat the oven to 2000C (fan oven) / 1800C /gas mark 6. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment paper.

2. Mix together the oats, nuts and honey and scatter onto the prepared baking sheet. Place in the oven and toast for 10 minutes, stirring it round after 5 minutes.

3. Hull the strawberries and put into a bowl. Roughly mash with a fork so that there are some large chunks of strawberries left. Mix in the blueberries and raspberries.

4. Divide the fruit between 4 serving dishes or glasses and top with the natural yoghurt. Once the oat mixture is cold scatter over the top. Serve straight away or it can be kept chilled in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
