Strawberry Cream with Raspberry Ripple

This dish is ideal for making in advance and keeping in the fridge to serve later.


  • 120g reduced fat cream cheese
  • 100ml low fat or 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 250g strawberries
  • 150g raspberries
  • 2tsp runny honey



1. Put the cream cheese in a small bowl and add the yoghurt. Mix well together until smooth.

2. Hull and chop the strawberries and gently mash the raspberries so that they are squashed and the juice is running out of them.

3. Add the strawberries to the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Divide half the strawberry and cream cheese mixture between 4 serving glasses. Spoon over half the raspberry mash. Top with the remaining strawberry mixture and cover the tops with the remaining raspberry mash. Drizzle a little runny honey over the top of each one and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
